Hi Grads!
Are you looking for comfortable, safe, clean accommodations at affordable rates for your beach week stay? If so, the King Charles Hotel is the place for you. We have hotel rooms which can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Each room is equipped with a private bath, microwave, dorm size fridge, cable TV, wireless internet, AC, phone, and 1 off street parking spot. Hotel is smoke free. Smoking is permitted on our decks or porches.

- Rates do not include 10.5% state sales tax or the security deposits
- Apartment rate quote based on 8 individuals plus tax and security deposit.
To Reserve a Room:
- $200 deposit for rooms with 1 Queen bed, $250 for 1 queen w/Balcony, $350 for 2 double beds and 50% of weekly rate for apartment.
- Deposit is deducted from the gross room cost
- We accept personal checks up to 45 days prior to arrival and money orders.
- Deposit must be received 7 days of the day the reservation is made or the room becomes available.
Security Deposit:
- Security deposit is $50 per person, minimum $150 on rooms with 2 double beds.
- Security deposit for the 4th fl apartment is $50 per person, minimum of $400 per weeks stay
- Upon inspection of the rental unit, security deposit is refunded via mailed check
Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds of deposit before March 15th, 2010 will be charged a $50.00 administrative charge
- No refund of deposit after March 15th, 2010
- No refunds after check-in
Rowdy behavior will not be tolerated at the King Charles Hotel
