- Rates are for advance reservations and are subject to change without notice - Walk-in rates may vary
- Rates quoted are for two persons, each additional person add $9.00 per night plus tax
- Maximum occupancy for a room with 2 double beds is 4 persons, maximum occupancy for a room with 1 queen is 2 persons (children and infants are included in the occupancy count)
- Rates do not include 6% Maryland and 4.5% OC city tax
- Daily rates do not apply to weekends. Daily and weekly rates do not apply to holidays and special events
- Check-in time 3:00 PM - Check-out time 11:00 AM
- Advanced notification is requested for arrivals after 6:00 PM
- No check-ins after 10:00 PM
- Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of the 1st nights stay plus tax with exceptions in June
- Personal checks and money orders accepted for advance deposits only
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Travelers Cheques and cash at check-in (credit card must be presented at check-in)
- Photo ID required at check-in
- Most reservation deposits are refundable if cancelled ten days prior to the arrival date, less a $25 service charge - exceptions in June
- Parking limited to one space per room
- All reservations are subject to final approval of management
- Positively no pets, please
